Carolina Pines Women’s Dojo

Traditional Okinawan Shorin Ryu Karate Do

Durham, North Carolina

Since 1987

Through karate training, women and girls develop strength and physical technique, learn practical self-defense skills, and find self-confidence and power. While physical fitness and self defense first attract women and girls to martial arts, students soon discover that training in karate-do, the "way" of karate, offers much more - the development of body, mind, and spirit.
